Wrap Up

Have you noticed how quick August passed?
Today is the last for this month, while the rest were history.

Personally, this month was somehow memorable to me.
Being with my Nanay and Tatay until the10th day made it extra special. Happiness Overload! Every second was so valuable; as my tita said, it's priceless...

The 11th was the start of Ramadan, and since I am in a Muslim country and most of people are fasting, it is a general rule that the working hours were shortened from 8 to 6 :-) Aside from the 2 hours extra, work load was near to nothing... there were only few jobs to be done on this season...

But in contrast to this, our clients are staying in  our office since the 15th... and that is a lot harder than having a normal work load!!! And the hardest part is to pretend in front of them, that we're busy ;-)

Have you read my write up about the tragic hostage taking drama or the major major accomplishment of  Ms. Venus Raj? A week had passed. I have some opinions to share of course, regarding the 2 issues but I personally chose to keep for (supposedly) a short time only. I planned to delay my posting for at least 3 days. Just so I can have a better point of view.

Now, its been a week. The issue will soon be gone. We already read many posts about those... would you still bother to read if I say my piece regarding that today?

That was a 'major major' record in history and I missed writing about it.

In reality, I had a lot of extra hours for myself...
which, I think were wasted... :-(
Now, I just realized that this post is only my 5th for the month, compared to other 'busy months.'

This happens when we rely on tomorrow. Admittedly, I was "over relaxed" and I enjoyed the "petics mode" so much, that I tend to miss many important things that I should have done.

Admittedly, there are regrets... that is the saddest :(
I regret the stumbling moments on the net... hours of farming in Farm Town... power naps that turned to long hours of sleep... watching movies that I've seen 100x already... those times that should be spent in more fruitful means.

Rule Nine from Og Mandino: Seventeen Rules to Live By
Live this day as if it will be your last. Remember that you will only find tomorrow on the calendars of fools. Forget yesterday's defeats and ignore the problems of tomorrow. This is it. Doomsday. All you have. Make it the best day of your year. The saddest words you can ever utter are, "If I had my life to live over again... " Take the baton, now. Run with it! This is your day!

It may be embarrassing to say but, yes, I feel that "If only I can bring back even just the last week of this month..." It would be better. I should have accomplished more... If only...

But I was too late... remember, What if no what ifs?

Days passed and I only have today and the lessons of yesterday.
It's my mistake... and don't follow me... :(
Make your moment worthy.
Today is the day.

Hi cousin! I can be your proof reader too!! ;)

Anyways, I think you are too hard on yourself. You are a busy girl and downtime is good for everyone. I mean if you lived every day like it's your last...can you imagine how exhausted you'd be? I'm just saying.

Love you!!
